When everything looks fine on the outside, but inside there's emptiness, shame and a sense of “never enough”.
On the outside everything may look fine, but inside there's a feeling of “I'm always not enough”, emotional emptiness, shame and guilt. This also includes the fear of judgement, emotional “swings” and impostor syndrome, when your own achievements are devalued.
How I work with this request
