Individual Psychotherapy
Individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults: anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, finding yourself. I work in a psychoanalytic approach, online and in person.
What an individual session is
An individual session is a meeting between psychologist and client in which we identify together what troubles you and find the direction worth moving in. It is a safe space where you can speak openly and be heard.
What people come with
- low self-esteem and excessive self-criticism;
- the urge to please everyone, difficulty saying “no”;
- anxiety, fear of loneliness;
- relationship difficulties and painful break-ups;
- apathy, loss of interest and joy in life;
- perfectionism and chronic fatigue.
How the first meeting goes
The first session is about getting acquainted: we talk about your story, your current situation and your expectations of therapy. It is also your chance to sense how comfortable you feel with me and with the method.
My approach
I work in a psychoanalytic approach — a depth method that helps find the root of a problem, work through it and gain new inner supports. I combine classical therapy methods with modern knowledge from neuropsychology, taking each person's individual features into account.
